As for the gentleman on the phone , we all have an employee who is not the best. As for Cathy she was and is an amazing person, she help me above and beyond and provided me with her full attention. I ordered a lily plant for a funeral. The product looked great, pricing was reasonable and they do not have a delivery fee. Other florists I looked at all added significant fees when checking out, which I absolutely despise. The card was handwritten. Not the best penmanship, but it is a nicer touch to see human beings participate in the process.
